Refund policy
Our Returns and Refund Policy is designed to ensure your complete satisfaction with your order from Deus ex Gardenia. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. You have 14 days from the date you received the item to return it. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@deusexgardenia.com. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and we encourage using a tracked service. Once we receive your returned order, we will issue a refund within 7 days.
If your order arrives with damaged packaging due to transit, please contact us within 7 working days of receiving the package, and we can offer a replacement or refund. We will need a photo of the damaged items to claim insurance from our couriers. If there is a fault or mistake with your order, we will also refund the cost of postage.
For wallpaper orders, please inspect all rolls before hanging to ensure they are in good condition and from the same batch. If you notice any damage or errors, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will rectify the issue.
Unopened rolls that are entirely sealed in the cellophane wrapper can be returned, and we will refund the invoiced value within 7 days.
